Abstract

저자는 연세대학교 치과대학 부속병원에 내원하였던 23세 된 남자 환자에서 하악골에 발
생한 악성섬유성조직구종을 일련의 방사선학적. 병리조직학적 및 임상적 소견을 연구관찰하
여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 병소는 22세 경부터 시작되었다.
2. 외상력 또는 다른 특별한 소인도 관찰되지 않았다.
3. 병소는 골내에 발생한 일차적 종양으로서 전이된 변화도 없었다.
4. 일련의 소견들에서 이 질환이 하악골에 발생한 악성 섬유성조직구종임을 볼 수 있었다.

The author observed a case of the malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the mandible in
23 aged male patient, who had come to the Infirmary of Dental College, Yonsei
University. With the help of careful analysis of radioraphic and clinicopathologic findings,
the author had obtained the results as follows.
1. Lesion occurred at 22 years of age.
2. Traumatic history or other special predisposing factors were not seen.
3. Lesion appeared as a intraosseous primary tumor not showing any metastatic
change.
4. The author have concluded this disease as a malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the
mandible according to serial findings.
